Female representation in senior positions of tech companies is not only far too low, but also decreasing. The tech industry is failing to offer equal opportunities to women and this doesn’t seem to be improving. The scarcity of role models makes mentoring an extremely powerful resource.
This mentoring programme aims at helping connect current London Business Schools students planning to enter the tech industry after graduation with current senior positions in tech companies, in order to discuss the challenges faced by women in this industry and how to tackle them.
We are looking for women in management and senior positions, as well as male allies, willing to spend some time (around 1 hour per month) with high potential business students, helping them understand better the tech industry and the challenges they can face during their career.
